Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Grow in Grace, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Grow in Grace to manage your plant collection, propagation, and — if you subscribe to a seller-tier plan — your plant sales and business inventory, for your own personal or small-business purposes.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (plant records, photos, notes, etc.). You grant us a license to host, store, and display that content within the service to provide its features to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for any commercial purpose other than managing your own collection and sales.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, your records, photos, and history are permanently removed.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Plant care advice generated within the app is informational and not a guarantee of outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of plant data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via our contact support page or from the app's Settings page.
