Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any display name you provide. As you use Grow in Grace, you may enter plant records, care logs, growth measurements, photos, environment readings, journal entries, contacts, and sales/trade history — all of which are stored to provide the service.

We use your information to operate the app: displaying and syncing your collection across your devices, generating care reminders and insights, and providing features like QR labels and CSV exports. We do not sell your personal data.

Photos you upload (plant images, journal photos, pest incident photos) are stored so you can track growth and history over time. You can remove any media by deleting the associated record or your account.

We use authentication providers (Google and Apple) for sign-in, and a cloud hosting provider for data storage. These providers process only the data necessary to authenticate you and host your records under their own privacy practices.

Your plant records are private by default. Community features only show what you choose to share. Personal information such as your email is never exposed through community data.

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated plant records, photos, and history at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. This action is irreversible.

Grow in Grace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including authenticated access and private storage for your records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date above.
